A more visible building entry and improved building identification and signage were the key components requested by the Client when they retained Golba and Associates - Architecture to complete this project with them. The typical late-60's modernist office building had experienced several renovations, resulting in a mixed bag and

weakened identity. Computer modeling enabled Golba and Associates to develop several options for the Client's review, input and comments. At this time, we are working with the Client, the City of Pittsburgh, and the contractor to finalize the design, receive the necessary approvals and permits, and complete the project.
