This project included the planning and design of legal offices occupying 40,000 square feet of space in a new downtown high-rise office building, providing space for 54 professionals and a support staff of 50 people. At the Client's request, Golba and Associates - Architecture created a design based on traditional, architecturally styled law offices sensitive to the building, supportive of the function and management requirements of the firm, and providing effective and efficient use of the space. In addition to the public

areas, a centralized administrative center, housing human resources, accounting, data and computer operations, office administration, mail and communications centers, records center, and central duplicating areas, was provided to minimize cost and personnel expenditures. Due to the firm's success in their new offices, 5,000 square feet of additional space was completed in December, 1989. Options on 25,000 square feet of additional space have been obtained to assure sufficient space is available for the firm's growth.
